Seems like an interesting game. One side Elyos (angels) other side Asmodian (devils).
Not quite that bad or good but with several things leading to that as a basis for the game.

Elyos (angels)
   White wings
   Bright colors 
   Bright sky
   Human appearance
   Helping out the NPCs against Animals and Monsters
Your destiny is to "ascend" to an immortal status as a Daeva


Asmodian (devils).
   Black wings
   Muted colors
   Dark to black sky
   Humanoid animalistic appearance. (claws on hands and feet)
   Several missions are Raiding farms for food.
You're from the lowest of the low and everyone is surprised you might be able to "ascend"

One of the drawbacks I did see was the class choices. You have a big 'cut scene' with little interaction for the Ascension.
After that you have a class choice. From your basic 4 classes there is a split for a total of 8. The problem is that unless you have been reading the forums or the website you have no real idea what you are choosing for.
